Card payments are processed by Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Afina never sees or stores your full card number. 3D Secure is enforced where the issuer requires it.

Yes — refund requests are reviewed individually. Reach out at solution@afina.io within 7 days of the original transaction. Crypto refunds are processed in the same coin and chain used for the original payment.

Every payment is a one-off, final charge. Afina does not use recurring billing — no auto-renewals, no stored card-on-file for future debits. When you extend or upgrade your plan, you pay for the new period once, at the moment you decide to continue.

Yes. Stripe automatically sends a receipt for every successful charge to the email on your account. Invoices with company details are available on request via solution@afina.io.
