User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") defines the terms and conditions of use of the Afina software (hereinafter - the "Service") by users (hereinafter - the "User").

2. Registration and Account Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To collect or track the personal information of others
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

4. Service Availability

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Afina and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Afina, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
