Kirill Kucheniev Polodiyenko

Hi! I’m Kirill Kucheniiev-Polodiienko — Technical Product Manager (Automation) on the Afina team.

I joined the company in the very first months of the project and have been part of it ever since. Over this time, I’ve grown from a technical support role into a position where I’m responsible for developing the automation direction and delivering production-ready solutions for current needs.

I started programming at the age of 11: I learned different languages, tried myself in various fields, and always looked for ways to turn knowledge into real results. In 2023, I fully focused on automation in all its forms, including Web3. I began with the platforms available at the time, but later moved to Afina — and that became a major turning point in my career.

From the very beginning at Afina, I built scripts for the community and shaped the approach to writing them. In parallel, I develop JavaScript modules for the community and create educational content: videos, written guides, and public lectures on script development.

I enjoy finding unconventional ways to solve problems and building structurally correct solutions — flexible, scalable, and easy to update and maintain.

Right now, I drive automation development inside Afina, turn team and user ideas into product solutions, and lead side projects connected to the Afina ecosystem.

In my free time, I usually sharpen my skills through practice: I build new solutions, test ideas, learn new technologies, and keep growing as a specialist.
