Active Tasks#
Active Tasks Table is the main list in the Active Tasks section, displaying current processes with their attributes, status, and update time. It helps monitor scenario execution in real-time, select necessary rows, and apply quick commands directly from the workspace.
Location: Access the section through the left navigation panel, under Active Tasks.
Available Actions:
- View the list of active tasks in a tabular format
- Select one or multiple rows for bulk operations
- Forcefully stop selected tasks
- Close browsers of current sessions
- Update task execution status
- Filter the list using text search
- Open detailed log of a specific account
- Navigate to related script in the visual editor
- Customize column visibility and order
- Change the number of rows per page
Quick Actions Panel#
The Quick Actions Panel is located next to the table header and allows instant process management. All tools, except for refresh, apply exclusively to tasks you have previously marked with checkboxes.
- Stop icon Stop interrupts the execution of selected tasks.
- Crossed window icon Close Browsers forcibly closes all browsers for the selected tasks. This action requires confirmation in a modal window.
- Circular arrow icon Refresh reloads the list to display the latest statuses.
Search and Row Selection#
For efficient work with large lists, use the Task Search field. Typing text instantly filters the table. To return to the full list, click the ✖️ icon in the search field.
For bulk operations, use checkboxes in the first column. To select all visible rows, click the main checkbox in the table header. An indicator Selected: N will appear at the bottom of the screen, showing the exact number of marked records.
To quickly deselect all rows, simply click the ❌ icon next to the selected records indicator.
Columns Window#
This menu allows you to personalize the table view: hide unnecessary information or change the column order for convenience.
- Click the Columns button above the table.
- In the modal window, check the columns you want to see, e.g., Name, Updated, Task, Active, Information, Repeat Count, Favorite.
- Drag the column name marker to change the display order.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
To discard changes without saving, click Cancel or the ✖️ icon in the window header.
Table Columns#
The table provides comprehensive information about each task:
- Name — task name and icon for expanding nested accounts.
- Updated — exact date and time of the last status change.
- Task — total number of accounts within the task.
- Active — switch for instant task execution on/off.
- Information — additional text and service data.
- Repeat Count — specified number of script cycles.
- Favorite Heart Icon — adds a task group to the priority list.
The Name, Updated, Active, and Repeat Count headers support sorting. After clicking on the header, the list will be ordered by the respective field.
View Log Icon#
For in-depth monitoring of execution, use the View Task Log for Account icon located in the corresponding row. It opens a modal window with a detailed event log for the specific profile. This is convenient for tracking errors, system messages, and intermediate states without leaving the section.
Open Script Icon#
The arrow icon located to the right of the name in the Script column is used for quick access to editing the algorithm associated with the selected task.
The script editor opens in a separate window above the table. After completing your work, you can instantly return to the list of active tasks without losing context.
List Navigation and Selection Indicator#
At the bottom of the interface, there are page navigation tools. They allow switching between table pages, viewing the total number of records, and adjusting the row display limit for comfortable work.
