Import cookies#
“Import cookies” section is used to upload a cookies file, link uploaded sets to Afina accounts, and save cookies for future use when launching corresponding profiles.
Location: the “Import cookies” section is available in the left navigation panel.
Available actions:
- upload a cookies file
- view uploaded cookies sets in a table
- select an account for each uploaded set
- search rows using the “Search...” field
- save cookies for selected accounts
“Upload cookies” button#
The “Upload cookies” button initiates importing cookies from a local file. After clicking, a system file selection window opens, where you need to choose the prepared cookies file and confirm the upload.
After successful upload, Afina reads the file and adds data to the table. The row displays the name of the cookies set and the number of found cookies.
Cookies table#
The Cookies table shows uploaded cookies sets and their basic parameters. The table includes columns “Account name”, “Name”, and “Cookies count”.
The “Account name” column is used to select an Afina account to which the cookies set should be applied. The “Name” column shows the name of the uploaded set, and “Cookies count” indicates the number of cookies found in the file.
“Select account” list#
The “Select account” list is located in the “Account name” column and is used to link a cookies set to a specific account. After opening the list, the “Search...” field, scrolling, and selecting an account from the list are available.
Once an account is selected, the row is considered mapped. You can then click “Save cookies” to apply cookies to the selected profile.
“Search...” field#
The “Search...” field is used for quickly filtering rows in the table. It helps find the necessary cookies set or associated record after uploading the file.
After entering a query, the table displays only rows that match the entered value. If the field is cleared, the list returns to full display.
“Save cookies” button#
The “Save cookies” button saves the uploaded cookies for the selected account. It is used after selecting the target account in the “Account name” column of the table.
If an account is not selected or data is not yet uploaded, the button remains inactive. After saving, Afina links the cookies to the corresponding profile, and they will be used during the next launch of that account.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Open the section
In the left navigation panel, open the “Import cookies” section.
Step 2: Upload cookies file
Click “Upload cookies”, choose the cookies file in the system window, and confirm the upload.
Step 3: Check the row in the table
Ensure that the uploaded cookies set, its name, and the cookies count are displayed in the table.
Step 4: Select an account
In the “Account name” column, open the “Select account” list and choose the profile to which the cookies should be applied.
Step 5: Save cookies
Click “Save cookies” to link the uploaded cookies to the selected account.
