Tag management#
Icon “Tag management” is a service element in the top panel of the “Accounts” section that opens the “List of tags” modal window for centralized tag management. Here you can create new tags, edit their names and colors, search, and delete tags individually or in bulk.
Location: the icon is located in the top panel of the “Accounts” section, on the right among the service quick access icons.
Available actions:
- search for tags by name using the “Search” field
- create new tags using the “Add another tag” button
- edit tag names directly in the list row
- change tag color using the color palette
- delete a single tag using the delete icon in the row
- select multiple tags and delete them in bulk
Field “Search”#
The field “Search” is used to quickly find the required tag in the list. Entering text instantly filters the list, leaving only tags whose names match the query.
On the right side of the field, the Clear icon is available. It resets the entered text and returns the list to full display.
Tag row#
A tag row is the main list unit that contains all controls for a specific tag. Each row includes a checkbox for selection, a field with the tag name, a color indicator, and a delete icon.
How to edit a tag name:
- Click the tag name field in the required row — it becomes active for input.
- Enter the new tag name.
- Click Save at the bottom of the window to apply the changes.
After saving, the updated name is displayed in the row and becomes available for assignment to accounts.
Color palette#
The color palette is used to change the tag color. It opens as a floating panel after clicking the color indicator in the tag row.
How to change a tag color:
- Click the color indicator in the required tag row.
- Select a new color from the palette — the selected option is marked with a checkmark.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
After saving, the color indicator in the row is updated and displays the selected color.
Button “Add another tag”#
The button “Add another tag” is used to create new tags directly in the “List of tags” window. In the empty state, it is displayed as the primary action; in a filled list, it is located at the bottom of the tag list.
How to create a new tag:
- Click Add another tag at the bottom of the list.
- In the new row, enter the tag name in the active field.
- If needed, click the color indicator and select a color from the palette.
- Click Save.
After saving, the new tag appears in the list and becomes available for assignment to accounts. The system displays a green success message “Tag created”.
After a new tag is saved successfully, the message “Tag created” appears.
Selection and bulk deletion#
Selection and bulk deletion allows deleting multiple tags at once without performing the action for each tag separately. This uses row checkboxes and the “Delete” button with a counter of selected items.
How to delete multiple tags:
- Select the required tags using row checkboxes or click Select all to select all tags.
- Click Delete (N), where N is the number of selected tags.
- In the “Delete selected tags?” window, click Confirm.
After confirmation, the selected tags are removed from the list, and the system displays a green success message “Tags successfully deleted”. To cancel selection without deletion, click Clear selection.
Deleting tags is irreversible. Before confirming, make sure that exactly the required tags are selected.
