Triggers: Table#
The "Triggers" table is the primary data container in the "Triggers" section, where created triggers are displayed as rows with attributes in columns. It allows you to view the trigger list, sort records, manage each trigger's activity, and perform actions on individual entries directly from the table.
Location: The section is located on the left navigation panel under the "Triggers" item.
Available actions:
- View triggers in a table format
- Select one or multiple rows for bulk operations
- Sort records by the "Trigger Name", "Updated", and "Active" columns
- Enable or disable a trigger via the toggle in the "Active" column
- View the trigger type via a tooltip
- Edit a trigger through the row menu
- View trigger execution logs
- Pin a trigger to a folder
- Delete a trigger through the row menu
- Add a trigger to favorites
"Trigger Name" Column#
The "Trigger Name" column is necessary for quick identification of a trigger in the list. The cell displays the trigger's name, and an information icon is available next to it—hovering over it opens a popup window with detailed trigger information.
Clicking the "Trigger Name" header changes the row order alphabetically. This helps you quickly find a specific trigger in a large list.
"Trigger Type" Column#
The "Trigger Type" column displays the execution mode of each trigger as an icon. For example, a trigger with a "Manual" type shows a paper plane icon.
Hovering over the type icon reveals a tooltip with the text name of the mode, such as "One-time". This allows for quick differentiation between trigger types without needing to edit them.
"Updated" Column#
The "Updated" column is used to view the date and time of the trigger's last modification. This information helps evaluate the relevance of settings before starting or editing.
Clicking the "Updated" header allows you to resort the list by update date. This is convenient for quickly finding recently modified triggers.
"Active" Column#
The "Active" column is used to manage the trigger's execution state directly from the table. Each row features a toggle that enables or disables the trigger without having to enter the edit mode.
Clicking the toggle instantly changes the trigger's state. Upon a successful change, the system displays a confirmation, and the toggle state updates to reflect the new value.
Clicking the "Active" header sorts the table by activity status, grouping active and inactive triggers separately.
"Add to Favorites" Icon#
The "Add to Favorites" icon (heart) is located on the right side of each row and is used to mark triggers that require quick access. Clicking the icon adds the trigger to the favorites list or removes it.
After adding to favorites, the icon changes appearance, and the trigger becomes accessible through the "Show only favorites" filter. This simplifies working with frequently used triggers in a long list.
Row Actions Menu#
The Row actions menu is used to perform operations on a specific trigger without bulk selection. It is opened via the three dots icon on the right side of the row and contains commands for "Edit trigger", "View logs", "Pin to folder", and "Delete trigger".
How to perform an action via the row menu:
- Click the three dots icon in the desired row.
- To edit, select "Edit trigger".
- In the "Edit trigger" window, modify the "Trigger name", "Save to", or "Description" fields and click "Edit trigger".
- To view logs, select "View logs". The system will open the logs folder in a separate window.
- To pin to a folder, select "Pin to folder", choose a folder from the "Folder" list in the "Assign folder to triggers" window, and click "Assign".
- To delete, select "Delete trigger" and click "Confirm" in the confirmation window.
