Modules: Table#

The “Modules” table is the main list of modules in the “Modules” section, where each item is displayed as a separate row with basic attributes, service indicators, and control icons. The table helps view the module inventory, quickly find the required item, sort the list, manage tags, open the module’s local folder, and perform contextual actions without switching to other sections.

Location: the section is available through the left navigation panel, item “Modules”.

Available actions:

  • view the list of modules and their main attributes
  • open the local folder with module files
  • assign tags through the “Tags” column
  • copy the module hash
  • add modules to favorites
  • open the row context menu
  • pin modules to folders
  • copy, export, and delete modules
  • refresh the hash and re-sign the module with your key

Module row#

The module row is the main unit of the table. It contains a selection checkbox, module name, service icons, tags, hash, creation date, update date, the “Favorites” icon, and the additional actions menu.

The checkbox on the left side of the row is used to select one or more modules. After modules are selected, group actions become available in the top panel, including tag assignment, pinning to a folder, or deletion.

“Name” column#

The “Name” column shows the module name. Quick action service icons may appear next to the name.

The “Open module folder” icon opens the local directory on the computer where the selected module files are stored. This allows quick access to the module structure, file viewing, or manual changes in the local directory.

The red re-sign icon appears next to a module if the system detects that the module needs to be signed again. After clicking it, a confirmation window opens where the action must be confirmed to re-sign the module with your key.

Re-signing a module should only be performed when the contents of the module’s local folder have been verified and are trusted.

“Tags” column#

The “Tags” column shows tags assigned to the module. If a tag has already been added, it is displayed as a badge. If there are no tags or a new tag needs to be added, the add icon is available in the column.

After clicking the add icon, the tag list opens. The list includes the “Search tags...” field, tag checkboxes, and scrolling. Selecting a tag applies it to the corresponding module and helps group items by topic, project, or purpose.

“Hash” column#

The “Hash” column shows the module technical identifier. A copy icon is available next to the hash and saves the value to the clipboard.

The hash is used as a service identifier of the module version. It may be needed when checking relevance, working with dependencies, configuring integrations, or sending technical data to support.

“Created” and “Updated” columns#

The “Created” column shows the module creation date and time. The “Updated” column shows the module’s last update date and time.

Both columns support sorting. This makes it possible to quickly find the newest, oldest, or recently modified modules.

“Favorites” icon#

The “Favorites” icon is used to mark a module as important. After clicking the heart icon, its state changes, and the module can be found faster through the favorites filter.

This action does not change the module itself, its files, or its logic. It affects only navigation convenience and further search in the interface.

Additional actions menu#

The additional actions menu opens through the three-dot icon at the end of the module row. The menu contains contextual commands for managing the selected module:

  • “Pin to folder” — opens a directory selection window where the module can be attached to a folder.
  • “Copy module” — creates a copy of the module for further editing or testing.
  • “Set tags” — opens the bulk tag management window.
  • “Export module” — exports the module as an archive for local storage or transfer.
  • “Refresh hash” — regenerates the technical version identifier of the module.
  • “Delete module” — starts deletion of the selected module after confirmation.

After refreshing the hash, other scenarios that use this module as a dependency may require the updated module to be added again.

“Assign Tags to Modules” window#

The “Assign Tags to Modules” window opens after selecting the tag assignment command. The upper part of the window shows the selected modules. Below it are tag operation modes: “Add”, “Replace”, “Clear”, and “Delete”.

In the “Tags” field, you can enter a tag name or select a tag from the list. After configuration, click “Assign” to apply the changes to the selected modules. The “Cancel” button closes the window without saving changes.

“Assign Folder to Modules” window#

The “Assign Folder to Modules” window opens after selecting “Pin to folder” in the additional actions menu. It is used to attach selected modules to a specific folder.

The window shows the selected modules and the “Folder” list. After selecting a folder, click “Assign” to apply the change. The “Cancel” button closes the window without saving.

“Delete Modules” window#

The “Delete Modules” window opens after selecting the delete action. It shows the number of modules that will be deleted and requests confirmation.

To complete deletion, click “Confirm”. To cancel the action, click “Cancel” or close the window using the “Close” icon.

Deleting modules is an irreversible action for the selected items in the current workflow. Before confirming, make sure the correct modules are selected.
