Account Table#
Account Table is a set of attributes displayed as individual columns for each account in the "Accounts" section. They allow identifying the account, managing its status, editing related data, and performing quick actions directly from the table row.
Location: the section is located on the left navigation panel, under "Accounts".
Available Actions:
- View account attributes in table columns
- Select one or multiple accounts using checkboxes
- Sort the list by columns "Name", "Note", and "Last Launch"
- Start and stop an account using the "Start" / "Stop" button
- Open task menu and additional actions menu for a row
- Edit note, tags, and account groups directly from the table
- Copy the anti-detect profile identifier
- Assign or change proxies through the column cell
- Change the number of accounts per page
Selection Checkbox#
The Selection Checkbox is used to select a set of accounts for bulk operations. The first table column is not labeled — each row has an individual checkbox, and a master checkbox in the table header allows selecting or deselecting all accounts on the current page.
After selecting one or multiple rows, bulk actions become available in the top control panel. Clicking the master checkbox again deselects all rows.
Bulk actions in the top panel apply only to accounts previously marked with checkboxes in the table.
For full settings information, refer to the section More Actions Menu Icon
"Name" Column#
The "Name" Column is the main working column of the row: it combines account identification and quick actions for launching and management. The cell displays the account name, with an additional line below showing the date and time of the last launch as a reference label.
How to launch an account or open the actions menu:
- Click Start on the left side of the row to launch the account.
- To launch with a script, click the Task Launch Menu icon next to the button and choose the script from the list.
- To open the contextual operations menu, click the Account Actions Menu icon (three vertical dots).
- Choose the desired action: Edit, Additional Data, Encrypted Data, Duplicate, Clear Cache, Restore from Backup, Export Cookies, or Delete.
After launching, a separate browser window opens, and a green message confirms a successful start. After stopping, the account returns to a waiting state. Clicking on the Name header changes the row sorting order in the table.
For full settings information, refer to the section Account Actions Menu
"Note" Column#
The "Note" Column is used for quick viewing and editing of an account's note directly from the table. An icon with a note is placed in the cell, clicking on it opens the "Edit Note" modal window.
How to add or change a note:
- Click the note icon in the respective row.
- In the "Edit Note" window, enter text in the multiline field with the placeholder Enter Note…
- Click Save to save or Cancel to discard.
After saving, the note text is associated with the account and remains accessible from the same cell. The note serves as reference information in the table.
"Last Launch" Column#
The "Last Launch" Column is essential for quickly assessing the account's recent activity. The cell displays the date as the first line and the time as the second line of the account's last launch.
Clicking on the Last Launch header changes the row sorting order by launch time. This is useful for finding the newest or oldest active accounts in a large list.
"Creation Date" Column#
The "Creation Date" Column shows the precise moment an account was added to the system. The cell displays the date as the first line and the time as the second line of the profile's creation.
Clicking on the Creation Date header changes the row sorting order by registration time. This is convenient for quickly finding recently added or earliest created accounts in the list.
"Account Groups" Column#
The "Account Groups" Column displays assigned account groups as labels and allows editing them without navigating to individual settings. Hovering over a row in this column reveals an edit icon.
How to add or change groups:
- Hover over the row of the account.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the "Account Groups" cell.
- In the dropdown panel, use the Search Group field for searching.
- Check or uncheck the boxes of the desired groups.
After selection, changes apply to the current account, and a green message confirms successful group assignment.
"Proxies" Column#
The "Proxies" Column displays the assigned proxy and its current status, including a country flag or icon and operational indicators. Clicking on the proxy value or the plus icon opens the assignment modal window.
How to assign or change proxies:
- Click on the proxy value or the plus icon in the "Proxies" cell.
- In the "Assign Proxy to Account" window, select the desired mode: Set Proxy, Saved Proxies, or No Proxy.
- In the Set Proxy mode, fill in the fields Host, Port, Login, Password, IP Change URL, and Note as needed.
- In the Saved Proxies mode, use the search and select a proxy from the list. Activate the Only Unassigned Proxies checkbox if needed.
- Click Save to confirm or Cancel to reject.
After saving, the cell updates with the new proxy value. The proxy refresh icon in the cell allows checking the proxy status — a green message confirms successful verification.
To filter available proxies in the Saved Proxies mode, activate the Only Unassigned Proxies checkbox — the list will be reduced to proxies not yet used by other accounts.
"Tags" Column#
The "Tags" Column displays assigned account tag labels as badges and allows editing them directly from the table row. Hovering over a row reveals an edit icon.
How to add or change tags:
- Hover over the row of the account.
- Click the Edit icon (pencil) in the "Tags" cell.
- In the dropdown panel, use the Search Tags… field for searching or create a new tag if needed.
- Check or uncheck the boxes of the desired tags. The panel supports scrolling for working with a large list.
After selection, a green message confirms successful tag assignment to the account.
"Account ID" Column#
The "Account ID" Column displays the identifier associated with the anti-detect profile or account execution environment. As the value can be long, it is truncated in the table with an ellipsis.
Click the copy icon next to the value to copy the full identifier to the clipboard. This is convenient for using the identifier in scripts or external tools.
"ID" Column#
The "ID" Column displays the sequential number of the account in the current list view. It serves as an auxiliary navigation marker for quick orientation in the table.
The column value can be used for sorting or as a reference point when working with a large list of accounts.
"Browser Type" Column#
The "Browser Type" Column displays the account or profile type within the system, such as Afina. The column is informational and is used for identifying the source or format of the account.
The column value helps in sorting and filtering accounts by type through corresponding filters in the top control panel.
