"Additional actions menu" Icon#
The "Additional actions menu" Icon (three vertical dots) in the top control panel of the "Accounts" section opens a menu of bulk operations for selected accounts. It provides access to actions applied to the current set of selected rows in the table, including managing tags, groups, proxies, additional and encrypted data, duplicating accounts, clearing cache, and integration via API.
Location: the icon is located in the top control panel of the "Accounts" section, next to other elements for bulk operations.
Available actions:
- assign tags to selected accounts
- assign groups to selected accounts
- export accounts to TXT
- import accounts from TXT
- assign proxies to selected accounts
- export proxies to an Excel file
- import proxies from an Excel file
- delete proxies from selected accounts
- download additional data in Excel format
- download encrypted data in Excel format

Assign tags#
The "Assign tags" option is designed for bulk tag management of selected accounts. After selecting the option, the "Assign tags to accounts" modal window opens, where you define a set of tags and apply it to all selected accounts.
How to open and apply the action:
- Select the required accounts using the checkboxes in the table.
- Open the additional actions menu in the top control panel.
- Click Assign tag.
- In the "Assign tags to accounts" modal window, select the operation mode: Add, Replace, Clear, or Delete.
- Form a set of tags in the "Tags" field.
- Click Assign.

Assign groups#
The "Assign groups" option is designed for bulk assigning groups to selected accounts. Selecting the option opens the "Assign groups to accounts" modal window, where you define a list of groups and apply the action to the current selection.
How assigning groups works:
- Select the required accounts using the checkboxes in the table.
- Open the additional actions menu and click Assign group.
- In the "Assign groups to accounts" modal window, select the application mode: Add, Replace, Clear, or Delete.
- Select the desired groups in the "Groups" field.
- Click Assign.
After confirmation, Afina applies the selected mode to all accounts displayed in the "Accounts" block.

Export accounts to TXT#
The "Export accounts to TXT" option is designed for bulk exporting data of selected accounts to your PC. The export is performed in TXT format.
How exporting works:
- Select the required accounts using the checkboxes in the table.
- Open the additional actions menu and click Export accounts to TXT.
- Choose the path on your PC to save the files.
- Confirm your choice.

Import accounts from TXT#
The "Import accounts from TXT" option is designed for bulk importing account files that you previously saved to your PC using the Export accounts to TXT function.
How importing works:
- Open the additional actions menu and click Import accounts from TXT.
- Select the files you previously exported.
- Confirm your choice.

Assign proxies#
The "Assign proxies" option is designed to simultaneously assign one or more proxies to selected accounts. After selecting the option, Afina opens the "Assign proxies to accounts" modal window, where you form a proxy list to apply and confirm the action.
How assigning proxies works:
- Select accounts in the table using the row checkboxes.
- Open the bulk actions menu and click Assign proxy.
- In the "Assign proxies to accounts" modal window, open the proxy dropdown list.
- If necessary, enable the "Only unused proxies" checkbox to limit the list.
- Select the required proxies using the checkboxes in the list.
- Click Assign.
After confirmation, Afina applies the selected proxies to the specified accounts, and the proxies are displayed in the "Proxy" column of the table.

Export proxies to Excel#
The "Export proxies to Excel" option downloads the proxy data of selected accounts to your PC into an .xlsx file via the system's save file window.
How proxy export works:
- Select the required accounts in the table.
- Open the additional actions menu and click Export proxies to Excel.
- In the system's "Save Excel file" window, confirm the file name and save location.
- Click Save.

Import proxies from Excel#
The "Import proxies from Excel" option performs a bulk update of proxies for accounts based on data from an .xlsx file and confirms the result with a pop-up message showing counters for updated and failed rows.
How import works:
- Open the additional actions menu and click Import proxies from Excel.
- In the system's file selection window, choose the .xlsx file to import.
- Click Open.
Afina reads the file contents, maps the rows to existing accounts, and applies the proxy updates. The result of the operation is displayed in a summary pop-up message.

Delete proxies#
The "Delete proxies" option is designed to clear the proxy binding in selected accounts so that the proxy value for these accounts becomes empty.
How to apply:
- Select one or more accounts in the table using the checkboxes.
- Open the bulk actions menu and select Delete proxies.
- In the "Delete proxies" modal window, click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina clears the proxies for all selected accounts. An empty value is displayed for these rows in the "Proxy" column of the table.

Download additional data (Excel)#
The "Download additional data (Excel)" option generates an Excel file with additional data for selected accounts and triggers a system file save on your computer.
How downloading works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table using the row checkboxes.
- Open the actions menu and click Download additional data (Excel).
- In the system save dialog window, set the folder and change the file name if necessary.
- Click Save.
The result is a file in XLSX format with an auto-generated name that contains tabular data for the selected accounts.

Download encrypted data (Excel)#
The "Download encrypted data (Excel)" option exports the encrypted data of selected accounts to an .xlsx file via the standard operating system save file window.
How it works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table.
- Click Download encrypted data (Excel) in the action menu.
- In the system's "Save Excel file" window, confirm the path and click Save.
After confirming the save, Afina creates an .xlsx file containing the list of selected accounts and their encrypted data in a structure suitable for transfer or recovery.

Delete additional data#
The "Delete additional data" option is designed for the batch deletion of additional data in selected accounts.
How the option works:
- Click Delete additional data in the action menu.
- In the "Delete additional data" modal window, check the number of selected accounts.
- Click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina deletes the additional data for all selected accounts and closes the modal window.

Delete encrypted data#
The "Delete encrypted data" option triggers the batch deletion of encrypted data in selected accounts via a modal confirmation.
How the option works:
- Click Delete encrypted data in the action menu.
- In the confirmation modal window, check the number of selected accounts.
- Click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina deletes the encrypted data for all selected accounts and closes the modal window.

Change User Agent and browser engine#
The "Change User Agent and browser engine" option opens a modal window for batch updating the User Agent and browser engine in selected accounts with validation that a User Agent must be selected.
How it works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table.
- Click Change User Agent and browser engine in the action menu.
- In the "Change User Agent and browser engine" modal window, enable the "Update User Agent" checkbox.
- If necessary, enable the "Change browser engine" checkbox.
- Click Update.
After confirmation, Afina applies the selected parameters to the specified accounts.

Change fingerprint#
The "Change fingerprint" option opens a modal window for mass updating fingerprints in selected accounts.
How it works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table.
- Click Change fingerprint in the action menu.
- In the "Change fingerprint" modal window, click on the "➕" icon.
- From the list, select the attributes you want to update: Time zone, CPU, WebGl, etc.
- Click Assign.

Duplicate accounts#
The "Duplicate accounts" option is designed to create copies of selected accounts in the current list.
How it works:
- Select the required accounts in the table using checkboxes.
- Click Duplicate accounts in the bulk actions menu.
- In the "Duplicate accounts" modal window, click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina starts the process of duplicating the selected accounts, as a result of which new records generated based on the selected ones appear in the table.

Clear cache for selected accounts#
The "Clear cache for selected accounts" option clears the cache for the marked accounts after confirmation in the "Clear cache" modal window.
How to perform the action:
- Mark the required accounts with checkboxes in the table.
- Open the bulk actions menu and select Clear cache for selected accounts.
- In the "Clear cache" modal window, click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina initiates the cache clearing scenario for the current set of selected accounts.

Delete selected accounts#
The "Delete selected accounts" option opens a confirmation modal window and, after confirmation, deletes the selected accounts from the list.
How deletion works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table using checkboxes.
- Click Delete selected accounts in the bulk actions menu.
- In the "Delete selected accounts" modal window, click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina deletes the selected accounts from the list.

Account integration (API)#
The "Account integration (API)" option opens a modal window where the browser type for API integration is set for the selected accounts.
How integration works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table.
- Click Account integration (API) in the action menu.
- In the "API account integration" modal window, open the "Browser type" field.
- Select the required option from the list.
- Click Confirm.
After confirmation, Afina applies the selected browser type for integration to all accounts that were selected in the table.

Export cookies#
The "Export cookies" option exports the cookies of selected accounts to your PC. A separate file is created for each account.
How export works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table.
- Click Export cookies in the action menu.
- Choose the path to save the files on your PC.
- Confirm the action.

Delete extension data#
The "Delete extension data" option deletes all data of the selected extensions.
How deletion works:
- Select one or more accounts in the table.
- Click Delete extension data in the action menu.
- In the modal window, select the extensions whose data you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
All data created and saved by this extension will be permanently deleted from the selected accounts. The extension itself will not be deleted. This action cannot be undone.
