Mass deletion of encrypted data#
Deletion of encrypted data is a function designed to clear encrypted information stored for a specific account. After the action is performed, the selected data is permanently deleted from the profile.
Location: access to the action is done through the Accounts section and the additional actions menu in the form of a three-dot icon in the top panel.
Available actions:
- open the list of encrypted account data
- select necessary entries using checkboxes
- initiate the deletion process through the actions menu
- confirm the final deletion
Clearing records#
This function allows permanently erasing selected items from the profile. After initiating and confirming the action through the menu, the selected records disappear from the system with no possibility of recovery.
The deletion command is absolutely irreversible. Before final confirmation, make sure you have selected the correct data.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Open the data
In the row of the required account, click the three-dot icon and select Encrypted Data.
Step 2: Select entries
In the opened window, mark the necessary data with checkboxes.
Step 3: Initiate deletion
On the top panel, click the three-dot icon and choose Delete encrypted data.
Step 4: Confirm the action
Review the warning in the modal window and press the confirmation button to complete the operation.
