Cloud Upload Journal#
Cloud File Upload Journal - designed to monitor file transfer operations to the cloud storage and quickly check the result of each upload: what was transferred, where, when it started/finished, and with what status.
Location: access to the section is done through the left navigation panel, under the "Backups" section, item "Uploads".
Available actions:
- refresh the current state of the journal
- search for records by name or fragment
- customize the composition and order of table columns
- open the local folder with the backup file
- delete entries from the journal (without deleting the files themselves)
Top Control Panel#
At the top, there is the page title and the Refresh icon. It triggers the re-loading of the current journal state and updates the displayed rows according to the current data.
The "Search" field filters the table by the entered value for quick retrieval of the necessary record by name or file fragment. On the right, there is the Columns button. After clicking it, a modal window opens where you can toggle the display of necessary columns using checkboxes and change their order by simple drag-and-drop. This allows customizing the table: keep only fields for status monitoring or enable everything for auditing.
Journal Table#
The main area of the page is a table with a list of uploaded files:
- Creation Date, Start Date, End Date - operation chronology.
- Provider - type of cloud storage, such as Google Drive or Afina Cloud.
- Account Name - the profile name for which the copy was created.
- File Path - a folder icon for access to the local file.
- Status - displays the successful or erroneous result of the operation.
File Actions#
In each row, actions with already uploaded files are available:
- Folder icon File Path opens the local folder with the backup file of the selected account.
- Trash can icon Delete removes the selected entry from the upload journal.
The deletion icon only removes the entry from the journal. Files are not globally deleted from cloud backups.
All backup files have the extension .afz. You can view and download them directly through your Google Drive in the Storage section.
