Cloud File Download Log#
Cloud File Download Log is designed to monitor operations for downloading files from cloud storage to the computer. Here you can quickly check the result of each download: which account the operation is related to, which provider was used, when the process started and finished, and which status it has.
Location: access to the section is available through the left navigation panel, the “Backups” block, the “Download” item.
Available actions:
- refresh the current state of the log
- search for entries by name or fragment
- configure the content and order of table columns
- open the local folder with the downloaded file
- delete log entries without deleting the files themselves
Top Control Panel#
At the top of the page, there is the page title and the circular arrow icon Refresh. It reloads the current log state and updates the displayed rows according to the latest data.
The “Search...” field filters the table by the entered value to quickly find the required entry by name or fragment. On the right, there is the Columns button. After clicking it, the “Columns” modal window opens, where columns can be enabled with checkboxes and reordered by dragging. This allows adapting the table: leaving only status-control fields or enabling all columns for audit.
Log Table#
The main area of the page is a table with the list of downloaded files. Key columns:
- “Creation Date”, “Start”, “Completion” — operation timeline.
- “Provider” — the cloud storage provider, such as Google Drive or Afina Cloud.
- “Account name” — the account related to the download operation.
- “File Path” — the local path to the downloaded file.
- “Status” — the result of the operation.
File Actions#
Rows in the table can be sorted by clicking the header of an available column: “Creation Date”, “Provider”, “Account name”, “File Path”, “Start”, “Status”, or “Completion”. Clicking again switches the sorting direction.
Each row provides actions for already downloaded files:
- The folder icon in “File Path” opens the local folder with the backup file of the selected account.
- The trash icon Delete removes the selected entry from the download log.
Bulk actions: To delete multiple entries at once, select them with checkboxes on the left side of the table. After that, a Delete button appears above the table with the number of selected entries.
The delete icon removes only the log entry. Files are not deleted globally from cloud backups.
All backup files have the .afz extension. They can be viewed and downloaded directly through Google Drive in the Storage section.
