Lists#
The "Lists" table displays a list of emails and allows you to quickly view, filter, and organize received emails. In this section, you can work with selected emails, change their read status, open their content, and delete emails from the list.

- mark selected emails as read or unread
- refresh the list of emails
- search for emails by query
- filter only unread emails

Control Panel#
The control panel is needed for quick actions on the entire list of emails. It contains icons for mass status marking, data refresh, and management of selected emails.
Click the Mark all emails as read icon to immediately change the status of all emails in the current list. After this, the values in the "Read" column will update for all rows.
Click the Mark selected emails as read or Mark selected emails as unread icons to change the status only for the selected rows. If no rows are selected, the action is unavailable.
Click the Refresh icon to reload the list of emails. After refreshing, the table displays the current state of the list of emails.
Search#
The search field is needed to quickly narrow down the list of emails by entered text. It is located in the top control panel and has a clear icon to reset the query.
Enter a query to keep only emails in the table that match the search conditions. After clearing the field, the table returns to the full list of emails considering active filters.
Delete (N) Button#
The Delete (N) button is designed for permanently deleting selected emails. It appears in the top panel after selecting at least one row, and the number in parentheses shows the quantity of selected emails.
Click Delete (N) to open the "Delete emails permanently" confirmation window. The window displays the confirmation text "Are you sure you want to delete N selected emails?" and buttons Cancel and Confirm.
Clicking Cancel closes the window without deleting emails. Clicking Confirm permanently deletes the selected emails from the list and shows a Toast message about successful deletion.
"Only Unread Emails" Checkbox#
The filter is needed to quickly keep only unread emails in the table. It is located to the right of the search field in the top panel.
Check the box to view only emails that have not been marked as read yet. After turning off the filter, all emails are displayed considering the search and other active conditions.
Sorting by Columns#
Sorting is needed to arrange emails by values in individual columns. It works for headers that show a sorting icon.
Click on the "From", "To", "Subject", or "Date" header to change the order of rows. Clicking the same header again toggles the sorting direction.
Email Actions Menu#
The email actions menu is needed to work with a specific row in the table. It opens through the ⋮ icon on the right side of the row.
Through this menu, you can Open email, Mark as read, or Delete email.
After selecting Open email, the email preview modal opens. The action Mark as read changes the status of an unread email in the "Read" column. The action Delete email opens a confirmation before permanent deletion.
Email Preview Modal#
The email preview modal opens after selecting the Open email action in the row's actions menu or clicking the open icon next to the email subject. The modal displays the subject, status, headers, and scrollable message content. Closing is done through the ✖️ icon or the Close button.
If the email contains external images, Afina hides them. To load images in the email, click Show images.
At the bottom of the window, buttons Close, Mark as read, and Delete email are available. The Mark as read button changes the email status in the "Read" column, and the Delete email button opens a confirmation before permanent deletion.
Images are hidden to protect IP addresses and confidentiality.
