Databases: Top Panel#
Database Management Top Panel of the "Databases" section is a set of tools at the top of the page that allows switching between connection display modes, performing bulk operations on selected databases, and updating the list. The panel provides quick access to group actions: updating tags, pinning to a folder, and deleting selected connections.
Location: the section is located at the top of the "Databases" page, accessible through the left navigation panel, under the "Databases" item.
Available actions:
- switch display mode between "Table" and "Folders"
- select one or multiple connections for group operations
- update tags for selected databases
- pin selected databases to a folder
- delete selected databases
- update the list of connections through the refresh icon
Mode Switcher#
The "Table" / "Folders" Mode Switcher is designed to choose a convenient way to view connections to databases. In "Table" mode, connections are displayed in rows with columns "Connection Name", "Database Type", "Tags", "Updated", and "Selected". In "Folders" mode, a folder management area is displayed at the top, with tiled connection cards below.
Clicking on Table or Folders instantly switches the view without changing connection data. "Table" mode is convenient for bulk operations and sorting, while "Folders" mode is for grouping connections by thematic folders.
Additional Actions Menu#
The Additional Actions Menu is used to perform group operations on pre-selected databases. It is opened through the icon with three vertical dots at the top of the page and contains three commands: "Update tags for selected databases", "Pin selected databases to a folder", and "Delete selected databases".
How to update tags for selected databases:
- Check the boxes next to the necessary connections in the table.
- Click the Additional Actions Menu icon (three vertical dots).
- Select Update tags for selected databases.
- In the modal window, choose a mode: Add, Replace, Clear, or Delete.
- Enter the required tag in the "Tags" field.
- Click Assign.
After saving, the tags are updated in the "Tags" column for all selected connections.

- Check the boxes next to the required connections.
- Click the Additional Actions Menu icon.
- Select Pin selected databases to a folder.
- In the destination window, choose the target folder in the "Folder" field.
- Click Assign.
After confirmation, the selected connections are pinned to the specified folder and displayed in it in "Folders" mode.
How to delete selected databases:
- Check the boxes next to the connections to be deleted.
- Click the Additional Actions Menu icon.
- Select Delete selected databases.
- In the confirmation window, click Confirm.
The "Delete selected databases" action is irreversible. Before confirming, make sure you have selected the connections to be deleted.
Refresh Icon#
The Refresh Icon (circular arrow) is intended for forcibly reloading the list of connections in the current display mode. It refreshes statuses, update dates, and other information without reloading the entire page.
Clicking on the refresh icon initiates a request to the server and updates the displayed data. This is useful after performing bulk operations or when verifying the relevance of the list of connections.
