Telegram: Table#

The "Telegram" table is the primary list of Telegram settings in the "Telegram" section. It displays linked Chat IDs, enablement status, notification type, and the tag for each entry.

Location: Access the section via the left navigation panel, under the "Telegram" item.

Available actions:

  • View the list of Telegram settings in the table
  • Search for a specific entry via the search field
  • Edit entry parameters through the settings window
  • Delete Telegram entries


Search field#

The Search field is used to quickly filter the Telegram list. Located at the top of the workspace, it updates the table based on the entered text.


Telegram records table#

The Telegram records table displays all configured Telegram links as rows. It includes columns for "Chat ID", "Enable", "Notification type", and "Tag".


"Edit" icon#

The "Edit" icon opens a window to change access parameters for the selected Telegram record. It is located on the right side of the table row.

Clicking it opens a form with fields for "Chat ID", "Notification type", "Enable", and "Tag", allowing you to modify notification behavior without leaving the page.


"Delete" icon#

The "Delete" icon triggers the removal of an individual Telegram record. Located in the table row, it opens a confirmation prompt before the final action.


"Edit Telegram access rights" window#

The "Edit Telegram access rights" window appears after clicking the Edit icon. It is used to update specific settings: "Chat ID", "Notification type" list (options: "All", "Read", "Scripts"), "Enable" checkbox, and the "Tag" field.


"Delete Telegram" window#

The "Delete Telegram" window appears after clicking the Delete icon. It serves as a confirmation step to prevent accidental data loss.

The "Delete" action is irreversible. Ensure the correct record is selected before confirming.


Workflow Scenario#

Step 1: Open "Telegram"

Go to the "Telegram" section via the left navigation panel.

Step 2: Find an entry

Use the Search field to find the required Chat ID.

Step 3: Modify parameters

Click Edit and update the Notification type, Enable status, or Tag.

Step 4: Save changes

Click Save to apply the new entry parameters.

Step 5: Delete an entry

If necessary, click Delete and confirm the action in the modal window.
