Trash: Action Panel#

The Action Panel for the "Trash" table is located above the column headers of the deleted accounts table. It is designed for quick search, configuring advanced filtering conditions, and managing the composition and order of table columns.

Location: The panel is accessed via the left navigation panel, under the "Trash" item, directly above the accounts table.

Available actions:

  • search for accounts by text fragment in the search field
  • open the advanced filters panel and set selection conditions
  • add multiple filtering conditions for multi-criteria search
  • apply filters and update the list
  • enable or disable the display of individual columns
  • change the order of columns by dragging

"Search" field#

The "Search" field is used for quick navigation within the current list of deleted accounts.

Enter a name fragment or another text attribute — the table updates immediately, without additional confirmation. To return to the full list, clear the search field.

"Conditions" panel#

The "Conditions" panel opens the advanced filtering interface, where conditions are formed as a set of rows. Each row consists of a "Select field" dropdown, a "Select operator" dropdown, a "Value" field, and a condition delete icon.

How to configure a filter:

  1. Click Conditions on the action panel — the "Filter" panel will open.
  2. In the "Select field" dropdown, choose the desired field (e.g., "Name", "Note", "Last launch", "Account groups", "Proxy", "Tags").
  3. In the "Select operator" dropdown, choose a comparison operator: "Contains", "Equals", "Starts with", "Ends with", or another available option.
  4. In the "Value" field, enter the search criterion.
  5. If necessary, click Add filter to add another condition row.
  6. Click Find — the table will update according to the specified conditions.

Once applied, the table displays only the accounts that match all specified conditions. To cancel filtering, click Reset — all conditions are cleared, and the list returns to its initial state.

The search in the "Search" field and the conditions in the "Filter" panel work simultaneously. The table shows the intersection of both criteria.

"Columns" window#

The "Columns" window opens after clicking the Columns button on the action panel and allows you to manage the composition and display order of table columns. The window contains a list of column names with checkboxes to toggle visibility and drag icons to change the order.

How to configure columns:

  1. Click Columns on the action panel — the "Columns" window will open.
  2. Check or uncheck the box next to a column name to enable or disable its display.
  3. Drag a list item by the icon to change the column order in the table.
  4. Click Save — the table will rebuild according to the chosen configuration.

After saving, the Columns button displays a counter with the number of enabled columns. To cancel changes without saving, click Cancel.
