Trash: Table#

The "Account Trash" table helps you view the contents of the trash, select one or multiple accounts, sort the list, and perform quick actions on individual accounts directly from the table.

Location: Access the section via the left navigation panel, under the "Trash" item.

Available actions:

  • View deleted accounts in a table format
  • Select one or more rows for bulk operations
  • Restore an account via the row menu
  • Delete an account without recovery via the row menu
  • Export cookies via the row menu
  • Add tags, account groups, and notes
  • Change the number of rows per page

Selecting Rows#

Account selection is used to form a group of accounts for bulk operations. A checkbox is located on the left of each row, and a master checkbox is available in the table header for mass selection or deselection.

Once one or more rows are selected, you can proceed with further actions on these accounts.

Bulk actions "Restore" or "Delete without recovery" apply only to those accounts that were previously selected in the table.

"Name" Column#

The "Name" column is used for quick identification of an account in the list. This cell displays the account name or ID, and may also show auxiliary information in a smaller font, such as the date and time.

Clicking the Name header changes the row order in the table.

"Note" Column#

The "Note" column is used for quick access to an account's note. The cell contains a note icon, which, when clicked, opens a form to view or edit the note's text.

How to add a note:

  1. Click the note icon in the desired row.
  2. Enter the text in the editing window.
  3. Click Save.

Once saved, the note is attached to the selected account and remains accessible from this cell.

"Last Launch" Column#

The "Last Launch" column is used to view the time of the account's last start. The cell displays the date and time, helping to evaluate the relevance of the record before restoration or deletion.

Clicking the Last Launch header allows you to resort records by time.

"Account Groups" Column#

The "Account Groups" column shows which groups the account belongs to. This attribute helps structure the list and quickly understand the account's context without switching sections.

How to add a group:

  1. Click the plus icon in the "Account Groups" cell.
  2. Select the desired group from the list.

Once selected, the group name appears in the account's cell, simplifying navigation and visual grouping within the table.

"Tags" Column#

The "Tags" column is used for quick assignment of tags directly in the table. A plus icon is available in the cell, allowing you to select a tag without opening a separate page.

How to add a tag:

  1. Click the plus icon in the "Tags" cell.
  2. Select the desired tag from the list.

The tag will then appear in the selected account's cell, making it easier to identify and categorize records.

Action Menu#

The Action Menu is used to work with a specific account without switching sections. It is opened via the three dots menu and contains the commands "Restore", "Delete without recovery", and "Export cookies".

How to perform an action via the menu:

  1. Open the three dots menu in the desired row.
  2. To restore, select Restore.
  3. In the "Restore account(s)" window, click Confirm.
  4. To permanently delete, open the menu again and select Delete without recovery.
  5. In the confirmation window, type delete and click Confirm.
  6. To export cookies, open the menu once more and select Export cookies.

After restoration, the account returns from the trash to the active list. After permanent deletion, the record disappears irrevocably. When exporting, a system window will open to save the file.

The "Delete without recovery" action is irreversible. Ensure you are working with the correct account before confirming.
