Trash: Top Panel#
The Trash Control Panel is a set of tools located at the top of the "Trash" section. It allows you to filter deleted accounts by group and perform bulk operations on selected entries. It includes the group selection menu and icons for restoration, permanent deletion, and list refreshing.
Location: The panel is accessed via the left navigation panel, under the "Trash" item.
Available actions:
- filter the list of deleted accounts by group using the "Groups" menu
- restore selected accounts to the active list
- permanently delete selected accounts without the possibility of recovery
- refresh table data from the database
"Groups" Menu#
The "Groups" menu is designed to narrow down the list of deleted accounts to those belonging to specific groups. It is implemented as a list with checkboxes and a search field: the top part contains a "Search groups" field for quick name filtering, followed by a list of groups with multi-select capability.
How to filter accounts by group:
- Click Groups on the control panel.
- In the "Search groups" field, enter the group name or scroll through the list.
- Check the box next to the desired group or multiple groups.
After selection, the table automatically updates to display only accounts from the selected groups. To reset the filter, uncheck all boxes.
"Restore" Icon#
The "Restore" icon is used to return selected accounts from the trash to the active list. This action applies to the currently selected set of table rows and requires confirmation in a modal window.
How to restore accounts:
- Mark one or more accounts in the table using the checkboxes.
- Click the Restore icon on the control panel.
- In the "Restore account(s)" window, click Confirm.
After confirmation, the selected accounts disappear from the trash and return to the active account list. A green success message will appear on the screen.
The Restore icon becomes active only after at least one account has been selected in the table.
"Delete without recovery" Icon#
The "Delete without recovery" icon is used to permanently delete selected accounts with no possibility of restoration. This action targets selected table rows and is accompanied by a confirmation requirement and a warning about irreversibility.
How to permanently delete accounts:
- Mark one or more accounts in the table using the checkboxes.
- Click the Delete without recovery icon on the control panel.
- In the "Delete account(s) without recovery" window, type delete into the confirmation field.
- Click Confirm.
After confirmation, the selected accounts are irrevocably removed from the system. It is impossible to restore them afterward.
The Delete without recovery action is irreversible. Before confirming, ensure you have selected exactly the accounts you intend to delete.
"Refresh" Icon#
The "Refresh" icon reloads the table data by re-fetching the current state from the database. This is useful after performing restoration or deletion operations, as well as for checking the current contents of the trash.
Clicking Refresh reloads the table to display the most up-to-date list of deleted accounts according to the current database state.
