Export cookies#
Export cookies is a feature to save cookie files of a specific account to a local file. It allows you to quickly obtain session data in JSON format for backup or transferring authorization to another profile.
Location: access is available through the Accounts section via the additional actions menu ⋮ in the selected profile row.
Available options:
- open the actions menu for a specific account
- initiate the cookie files export process
- save the generated JSON file to your device
Session Export#
This function is used to quickly save the current active sessions of the selected profile. After selecting the Export cookies command, the system automatically generates and downloads a JSON file to your computer.
This document contains all the saved cookie file information. It can be used to transfer authorization to sites to another account without the need to re-enter logins and passwords.
The obtained JSON file can be used to import data into any other Afina profile or kept as a local backup of sessions.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Find the account
Locate the necessary profile in the general table.
Step 2: Open the menu
Click the ⋮ icon on the right side of the respective row.
Step 3: Initiate export
Select the Export cookies command from the dropdown list.
Step 4: Get the file
Wait for the automatic saving of the JSON file with session data to your device.
