Clear Cache#
Clear Cache is a tool to remove temporary data of the selected account. It allows clearing cached profile files to fix errors, reset browser local data, and more.
Location: access the action through the "Accounts" page and the menu of the relevant row (ellipsis icon "⋮").
Available actions:
- open action menu for a specific account
- initiate cache clearing
- delete account cache data
Select Account#
In the "Accounts" table, find the profile for which you need to clear the cache.
The action applies to a specific account through its menu.
Initiate Clearing#
Click the ⋮ icon in the row of the account you want to clear to open the action menu.
From the list, choose "Clear Cache". A confirmation window will then appear.
Cache Clearing#
After confirmation, the system deletes the profile's temporary data.
Clearing the cache helps resolve potential account issues, refresh local data, and restore the profile to a clean state without changing basic settings.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Find the Account
In the Accounts table, locate the required profile.
Step 2: Open the Menu
Click the ⋮ (ellipsis) icon in the account row.
Step 3: Initiate Clearing
Select the Clear Cache command from the actions list.
Step 4: Confirm Action
Press Confirm in the confirmation window.
Step 5: Completion
The account cache will be cleared.
