Profile#
The Menu Item "Profile" opens the Afina personal cabinet on the afina.io website in the browser. Through the personal cabinet, account data, licenses, subscription status, order history, and referral information can be viewed.
Location: the Menu Item "Profile" is available in the "Settings Menu", which opens through the gear icon in the top right corner of the application.
Available Actions:
- open the Afina personal cabinet on the afina.io website
- view license keys and subscription status
- check the license validity period
- view customer information
- view order history
- view referral information
Menu Item "Profile"#
The Menu Item "Profile" is used to navigate from Afina to the user’s personal cabinet. After clicking it, a browser opens the afina.io website, where account data and subscription settings are available.
If there is no active session on the website, the authorization page opens first. After login, the personal cabinet is displayed.
The account on the afina.io website is used to view the profile, licenses, subscription, and related user data.
Tab "License Key"#
The Tab "License Key" is used to view licenses linked to the account. In the table, the license key value, validity period, expiration date, and status can be checked.
The table displays the columns "License Key", "Validity Period", "Expiration Date", and "Status". Icons may also be available for copying the key, editing the license name, or proceeding to subscription renewal.
Tab "Customer Information"#
The Tab "Customer Information" contains the user’s account and contact details. Here, information associated with the customer profile can be viewed or modified.
After editing the data, the changes must be saved in the personal cabinet form.
Tab "Order History"#
The Tab "Order History" shows orders associated with the account. In the table, the order ID, creation date, update date, and status can be viewed.
This tab is used to check payment history and the status of previous orders.
Tab "Your Referrals"#
The Tab "Your Referrals" contains information about the referral program. Here, referral metrics, balance, reward percentage, and referral link can be viewed.
The referral link can be copied and used to invite new users.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Open the Settings Menu
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the application.
Step 2: Select the Menu Item “Profile”
In the “Settings Menu”, click the Menu Item “Profile”.
Step 3: Navigate to the personal cabinet
The browser opens the afina.io website with the personal cabinet. If there is no session, complete authorization.
Step 4: Open the required tab
Open the required tab of the personal cabinet: Tab “License Key”, Tab “Customer Information”, Tab “Order History”, or Tab “Your Referrals”.
Step 5: Perform the required action
Check account data, subscription status, order history, or referral information.
