Triggers: Top Panel#

The Top Control Panel of the "Triggers" section contains elements for switching display modes, refreshing the list, and performing bulk actions on selected triggers. Through this panel, you can quickly navigate between "Table" and "Folders" modes, reload current data, or assign a folder to marked triggers.

Location: the "Triggers" section is available in the left navigation panel within the "Automation" group.

Available actions:

  • switch display between "Table" and "Folders" modes
  • refresh the trigger list
  • assign a folder to selected triggers via the bulk actions menu

"Table" and "Folders" Switches#

The "Table" and "Folders" switches are located next to the "Triggers" heading and determine how the list is displayed. In "Table" mode, triggers are shown as rows in a table, while "Folders" mode is used to view triggers organized by folders.

Switching the mode does not change the triggers themselves; it only affects the structure of the workspace display.

Bulk Actions Menu#

The Bulk actions menu is used for operations on selected triggers. For an action to become available, you must first mark one or more triggers using the checkboxes in the table.

The menu contains the "Pin selected triggers in a folder" action. Selecting it opens the "Assign folder to triggers" modal window, which displays the selected triggers and a "Folder" list. In the list, you can select the desired folder or the "No folder" value if the triggers should remain unlinked.

The bulk actions menu applies only to the triggers that were selected with checkboxes before opening the menu.

"Refresh" icon#

The "Refresh" icon reloads the current list of triggers. It is used when you need to get up-to-date data after changes or to re-sync the table display.

Upon clicking, the trigger list updates without navigating to another section.
