Task Groups: "Folders" Action Panel#
The "Task Groups" section is the control center for your automated scenarios. In "Folders" mode, you can structure tasks by category, create hierarchical directories, visually highlight them with colors, and quickly find the required groups using search and filters.
Location: Access the option via the "Automation" section, "Task Groups" subsection.
Available actions:
- Create new folders to organize your workspace
- Edit names and change parent folders
- Change folder icon colors for quick identification
- Search for task groups by name via a dedicated field
- Filter and sort the list alphabetically or by status
- Delete unnecessary folders with action confirmation
Creating and Editing Folders#
To add a new directory, click the + Add folder button. In the "Create folder" window, fill in the following parameters:
- Name — enter the folder name (required field).
- Parent folder — select an existing folder from the list if creating a subfolder, or leave the default value for the top level.
- Click the Save button.
To change the parameters of an existing folder, click the three-dot icon on its card and select Edit.
Visual Settings and Color#
You can assign a specific color to each folder for visual convenience. To do this:
- Click the three-dot menu on the desired folder card.
- Select Select color.
- In the palette that opens, choose the desired shade.
The color change is applied instantly to the folder icon, allowing for faster navigation in large project lists.
Navigation and Search#
Tools at the bottom and top of the screen help you find content quickly:
- Search: Use the Search by group name field to instantly filter cards on the screen.
- Sort by: The menu in the bottom right allows you to organize folders by name or other criteria in ascending or descending order.
- Filters: The button next to sorting allows you to show only selected, active, or deleted groups.
- Statistics: Each card displays the number of nested folders and tasks (e.g., 0 / 0 / 1).
Deleting Folders#
To delete a folder, open the three-dot menu on the card and click Delete folder.
Deleting a folder is an irreversible action. After clicking the button, the system will open a confirmation window — click Confirm to complete the deletion.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Enable Folders
Go to the Tasks section and click Folders in the top menu to switch to visual cards.
Step 2: Create Structure
Click + Add folder, enter the Name, and select a Parent folder if necessary.
Step 3: Color-code
Open the three-dot menu on the folder and select Select color for quick group identification.
Step 4: Use Search
Enter the desired group name in the search field to instantly filter the card list.
Step 5: Manage Changes
Use the Edit or Delete folder options in the card menu as needed to keep your workspace up to date.
