Task Groups: Folder Mode#
Folder Mode is the visual interface of the "Tasks" section, allowing you to structure your automation scenarios. You can create a folder hierarchy, move tasks using Drag-and-Drop, configure launch and schedule parameters, and use quick actions directly on the cards.
Location: Accessed via the left navigation panel under Automation, Tasks item, after activating folder mode in the top panel.
Available actions:
- Create and structure folders with hierarchy
- Bulk select task groups for moving
- Configure limits, active sessions, and retry logic
- Set schedules and execution timings
- Visually identify folders using colors
- Quickly jump to the builder and copy IDs
- Assign hotkeys and tags for each task
Select All Groups Checkbox#
The Select All Groups checkbox is located in the top panel to the left of the title. It allows you to select all task cards displayed on the screen with one click. This is necessary for bulk operations, such as dragging multiple groups into a selected folder at once.
"Show All" Filter#
The Filters menu allows you to instantly change the list of cards on the screen. You can choose:
- Show all — full list of groups.
- Favorites only — only those marked with the heart icon.
- Deleted only — view the trash bin. Next to it is the Sort by menu, which organizes cards by name, update time, or creation date.
Folder Management#
To create a new directory, click + Add folder. In the window, specify the Name and, if necessary, select a Parent folder.
Through the three-dot menu on the folder, you can:
- Edit — change the name or hierarchy.
- Select color — change the icon color for quick identification.
- Delete folder — deletion after confirmation.
Move to Folder#
You can move a task group in two ways:
- Drag-and-Drop: Hold one or a group of selected cards and drag them onto the desired folder.
- Context Menu: Click the three dots on the card, select Pin to folder, choose the target folder, and click Confirm.
Quick Actions on Card#
Each task has a set of icons for instant work:
- Arrow — opens the visual constructor (Script Builder).
- Plus — adding tags.
- Documents — copying the task ID.
- "Favorites" icon (heart) — adds the group to the priority list for quick access via filters.
- Keyboard — assigning a hotkey.
"Edit Task Group" Menu#
The editing window contains key automation parameters:
- General: Name, Script limit (min), and Active sessions.
- Logic: Retry (with number of attempts) and Wait (execution queue).
- Time: Choose between No timer, Execute in (range of hours), or Schedule.
- Status: Enable toggle to launch the group.
Additional Actions Menu#
Clicking the three dots on a task card opens a list of operations:
- Copy script — creating a duplicate.
- Set tags — marker management.
- Export script — saving a local archive.
- Update hash — identifier recalculation.
You can manage tasks in bulk: simply select them with checkboxes and drag them into the desired folder.
