Task Groups: Top Panel#
The "Task Groups" Top Control Panel is a set of tools at the top of the "Task Groups" page that allows you to activate or stop selected groups, pin them to folders, delete them, refresh data, search by name, and configure the display via filters and columns. The panel provides quick access to bulk operations and group state management without navigating into individual cards.
Location: The panel is located at the top of the "Task Groups" page, accessed via the left navigation panel, "Automation" section, "Tasks" item.
Available actions:
- Activate selected task groups
- Stop selected task groups
- Pin selected groups to a folder
- Refresh table data
"Activate task group(s)" icon#
The "Activate task group(s)" icon is used to enable the activity of one or more selected task groups. After clicking, the selected groups transition to an active state, allowing them to perform scheduled tasks.
How to activate groups:
- Select one or more task groups using the checkboxes in the table.
- Click the Activate task group(s) icon in the top panel.
"Stop task group(s)" icon#
The "Stop task group(s)" icon is used to disable the activity of one or more selected task groups. After clicking, the selected groups transition to an inactive state and cease task execution.
How to stop groups:
- Select one or more task groups using the checkboxes in the table.
- Click the Stop task group(s) icon in the top panel.
"Additional actions menu" icon#
The "Additional actions menu" icon opens a dropdown menu with operations applicable to the selected task groups. The menu includes the "Pin selected task groups to a folder" option.
How to use the menu:
- Select one or more task groups using the checkboxes in the table.
- Click the Additional actions menu icon in the top panel.
- Select the desired action from the list.
After selecting an action, the corresponding modal window opens for operation confirmation.
"Refresh" icon#
The "Refresh" icon is used to reload the task group table data from the database. This synchronizes the display with the system's current state without manually re-entering the section.
Click the Refresh icon in the top panel to reload the list of task groups. The table will update, making any changes made in other sessions or through other tools visible.
Workflow Scenario#
Step 1: Select groups
Open the «Task Groups» section and select one or more groups using the checkboxes in the table.
Step 2: Activate or stop
Click the Activate task group(s) icon to enable or the Stop task group(s) icon to disable the activity of the selected groups.
Step 3: Pin to a folder
Click the Additional actions menu icon, select Pin selected task groups to a folder, choose a folder in the modal window, and click Pin to folder.
Step 4: Refresh data
Click the Refresh icon to reload the task group list from the database.
